Return & Refund

MCLEYE offers a generous return policy. If you are unhappy with your order(s), you have 30 days from the date of purchase to return the merchandise (if shipping out). The return address is the same as the original address, however, please contact customer service through email at service@mcleye.com to confirm the return details. For return details, please refer to Question 4. No handling fees for returns, but the return shipping costs are undertaken by customers. Once your package is received at our warehouse, we will issue a refund within 7 business days according to the value of the products you sent back to us. Please keep in mind that it may take up to 3 days after you ship the merchandise back to us for the refund to appear on your credit/debit card. We will offer a screenshot for your refund, if you have not received your refund within 3 days, please contact your bank.

**If the products are defective or incorrect, we can resend the products to you.

**Please note that returns and refunds are only available for unopened blister packaging. Returns and refunds will be processed after the items are received and inspected at the MCLEYE Storage Department.

**Please note that refunds are only available for product fees. The customer's shipping fee paid when placing an order is non-refundable. (if shipping out)




1. What items can be returned/refunded?
  • Within 30 days of placing the order

2. How long does the customer have to return the goods?
Our return, exchange, and refund policy are valid for 30 days. Unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange if 30 days have passed since your purchase.
3. What should we do if we need to return our products for personal reasons?

If you have a problem with your order, please contact us via email at service@mcleye.com or via the contact page. DO NOT return products without first obtaining authorization through the return process. We can resolve all issues with you quickly and personally.

  • Have you received a faulty product?
  • Have you received the incorrect product?
  • Have you received a product that was not as described?

Solution: We swap it out!
If you receive your product from us with any of the issues listed above, please keep the product and all packaging. We will investigate, offer a solution, and ship out any necessary replacements with your cooperation and a photo of your package and item(s).

4. How do I make a return?

We provide one Free Return label per order for you to use when returning items. Please take the following steps:

-For the return details, please contact us at service@mcleye.com.

  • Explain the reason(s) for the return.
  • Call the post office to schedule a pickup or drop it off at your local post office.

When we receive your return, we will notify you via email and process your refund.

Please keep in mind that packages should not be sent to any other addresses. Otherwise, it will be returned.

5. How should a refund be handled if the customer is dissatisfied?

We will investigate the order's status and respond as soon as possible. In the event of a refund, the money will be returned to your account via the payment method you used.

We will send you a confirmation email once your refund has been processed. If you have not received your refund within 3 days, please contact your payment processor for more information.

6. What if the amount of my refund is incorrect?
You will be reimbursed for the actual cost of the items (after deducting coupons and points, if used). The shipping costs are non-refundable. Please keep in mind that the first return label per order is complimentary. Additional return requests for the same order will incur a $9.99 USD fee per label, which will be deducted from any applicable refund.
7. How can I cancel my order?
We will ship your order within 48 hours of receiving your order. Canceling an order is possible if you contact us within 48 hours of your order date/time. Please note that order cancellation is not possible for an order that has been dispatched.

Should the cancellation is compulsory, the request will be treated as Return. The incurred shipping fee is non-refundable.
